Enterprise-class data strategy and execution

Prior to launching Pont Neuf, from 2008-2015 we built the media industry's first audience management platform, linking the 18 domestic cable channels, over 20 stand-alone digital properties, Paramount and EPIX to create a unified 1st party view of over 130 million profiles, with applications on the buy side to drive Tune-in and on the sell-side to drive targeted advertising via what would become Viacom Vantage.

US Tennis market data strategy and execution

Pont Neuf's engagement with the USTA 2015-2017 was the catalyst for its digital transformation including a re-imagined strategic vision, vastly stronger operating  capabilities, the launch of new technologies, new products (including Net Generation) and new services.  Conceived and executed a companion data strategy the leveraged the USTA's role as the national governing body to build an industry-wide data co-op with the goal to make addressable the 40 million people in the US with an affinity for tennis, including support and participation from media companies, tournaments, equipment manufacturers, retailers, providers and sponsors, and, use cases that delivered increasing consumer play, engaging lapsed players, driving ticket sales and television ratings and selling products

Closed loop digital targeting/campaign measurement system to drive tune-in for a major media company

As a sequel to our work at Viacom, we recently built a product to drive tune-in for a major media company in collaboration with Nielsen, and supported its team in-market to drive results. Measured ratings improvements in multiple returning franchises as well as an 11% contribution (P18-49) to the highest rated launch of a new series in over 5 years.  Rolled-out across the full channel portfolio.

End-to-end data audit and implementation in <100 days

Working for a global Telecommunications/Media company's launch of an OTT subscription product, we built an end-to-end analytic solution that tied together people, process and technology to deliver enterprise dashboards as well as customer lifecycle analytics in parallel to driving >300k new subs for the nascent service

Custom business intelligence platform

Worklight Productions had 10 years of pdfs, excel files and settlement sheets for over 5000 performances that were the living history of its business, but accessing it required many hours of manual processes to deliver against multiple ongoing queries.  We unified their data, normalized it, and built a series of custom dashboards to give them real-time access to all their data in a user-friendly, visualized, point/click environment

C-level operational support for the USGA

Continuing our work with NGBs, we assisted the CFO and CTO (interim) in assessing their in-flight multi-year effort to re-launch their GHIN system serving 2.3 million golfers.  Within 45 days, they executed a strategic pivot to lease rather than build, greatly reducing execution risk, consolidating from multiple vendors with no accountability to a single partner, driving a material reduction in capex and a significant improvement in operating efficiency.  Currently engaged building their next generation data strategy
